Appearance, Identity, & Physical Fitness = Success

What if you couldn’t speak? Today we wear our words! How we look tells the world who we are.

We’ve all heard the saying, “dress up to move up” or “if you look good you do good”. However let’s dive into why that is.

As entertainment and fashion are ever so popular, there has been a transformation in what people value. High ends brands say more about the person than the brand itself.

The brand is an extension of the person’s value. A high end brand tells the world, “I’m high end”. This buys you credibility, but if you really aren’t a world class brand, then it really is simply superficial.

After a few minutes, people assess you for who you are. So it’s important to focus as much attention on what’s on the inside as the outside.

The “Process” of becoming world class is tied to a lot of work, study, and growth. This take years or decades. This is what builds your confidence and esteem. If you focus on becoming the best in the world at what you do you eventually get there.

Lastly outside of what you wear, and who you are, your physical state speaks volumes about your discipline. Most people make the excuse that they don’t have time to work out. Meanwhile the average person watches TV for 2 hours a day. If you are overweight, it stems from a lack of exercise (poor time management) or poor eating (poor decisions).  A bad habit in one area typically carries over into another.
